Any questions?

  1. When will the rent be paid into my account?
    • The rent is sent to your account in a time frame of 14 working days after we have received it.

  2. How will I know the expenses and deductions taken from the rent?
    • You will receive the details of all transactions.

  3. What can we do if the tenant doesn't pay the rent?
    • We will send letters and charge the tenant if he's late in paying his rent.
    • If necessary, we can assist you in taking legal action against the tenant.

  4. Can you provide us with insurance for non payment of rent?
    • We can provide you with a Rent Guarantee (contact us for more information)

  5. Will you contact me prior to any expenditure on my behalf?
    • We usually hold a float to be able to proceed quickly with small repairs.
    • For anything above this amount we will contact you with a quote for approval.
    • In case of emergency (gas or water leak etc.), we will have to act in accordance with legal regulations.

  6. Would you assist me in the event that I have to go to court?
    • We can assist you in any legal action (contact us for more information).
