We ensure smooth tenancy expiries
- 3 months prior to the end of tenancy, we send a first letter to the tenant to ask them of their intentions.
- In the event where tenants have not answered the first letter a second letter will be produced 2 months prior to the end of tenancy also informing the tenant that the property will be remarketed.
- We will contact both the landlord and estate agents as soon as we have received an answer from the tenant indicating that there is a wish to vacate the property. This will give you a two month lead on the property at least and will hopefully ensure that there are less void periods for you clients between tenancies.
Chase Devonshire will always refer all renewals and re-lets back to the original agent and will in no circumstances take any renewal or lettings business from our agents.
Where a landlord decides to market the property with another agent we will request the client to get in touch with the lettings agents directly. We will of course advise the lettings agents in good time in order for them to salvage the let. |
